本标准规定了水土保持综合治理验收的分类，各类验收的条件、组织、内容、程序、成果要求、成果评
价以及建立技术档案的要求。
本标准适用于由中央投资、地方投资和利用外资的以小流域为单元的水土保持综合治理以及专项
工程等水土保持工程的验收。群众和社会出资的水土保持治理的验收可参照执行；大中流域或县以上
大面积重点治理区的验收，也可参照本标准。
