本标准规定了橙、柑、桔汁及其饮料中钾、总磷、氨基酸态氮、L-脯氨酸、总D-异柠檬酸、总黄酮6种组分的测定方法和用6种组分的实测值计算（推导）果汁含量的方法。本标准适用于判定橙、柑、桔浓缩汁和果汁，以及果汁含量不低于2.5%的橙、柑、桔汁饮料。
