本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１６８６２—１９９７《鲜食葡萄冷藏技术》。本标准规定了各品种鲜食葡萄冷藏的采前要求、采收要求、质量要求、包装与运输要求、防腐保鲜剂处理、贮前准备、入库堆码和冷藏管理等内容。本标准适用于我国生产的各类鲜食葡萄果实的冷藏。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１６８６２—１９９７相比主要变化如下：
———对引用标准进行了调整；
———删除了原标准范围中的品种；
———调整了原标准定义中的一些内容；
———修改了原标准技术内容中的部分条款，并对章节结构进行了调整；
———删除了原标准中附录Ａ，将原附录Ｂ变为附录Ｃ（资料性附录），并修改了其中的部分内容；
———增加了附录Ａ“部分葡萄品种采收时的理化指标”；
———增加了附录Ｂ“葡萄可溶性固形物的测量方法（折光仪法）”。
