本标准规定了额定功率为10kW及以下单、三相微型水力发电设备的产品抽样、质量检验和检验结果判定。本标准适用于功率为10kW及以下，单相230V或三相400V，频率为50(60)Hz的异步或同步发电机、水轮机和控制器组成的整装或分装式微水电整机产品质量检验与结果判定。机械调速式10kW及以下产品可参照执行。
