1 Scope
This standard specifies the general technical specifications and technical requirements of amusement rides bumper car category
This standard is applicable to the design, manufacturing, installation, reconstruction, maintenance, test, inspection and usage management of amusement rides bumper car category (hereinafter referred to as bumper car).

3 General Provisions
3.1 Bumper cars refer to those amusement rides driven by electricity, combustor combustion motor and manpower, which operate in fixed car yard and which can be impacted by other bumper cars.
3.2 The design, manufacturing, installation, reconstruction, maintenance, test and usage management of bumper cars shall meet those requirements stated in this standard and GB 8408 - 2008.
3.3 The design, manufacture, installation and usage of battery car shall guarantee the personal safety.
3.4 All those requirements not mentioned in this standard shall be implemented according to relevant national standards, regulations and codes.
