1 Scope
This document specifies the product quality grade and technical requirements of blast furnace blast coal, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage. This document applies to the production, processing, storage and transportation, sales and use of blast furnace blast coal in all aspects.

4 Product quality grades and technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
Coal for blast furnace blowing is divided into categories according to coal type and quality grades according to ash and total sulphur index, expressed in the form of "category + ash grade + total sulphur grade". Other indicators shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 31356.
4.2 Product categories
4.3 Quality requirements
4.3.1 Ash grade
Anthracite for blast furnace blowing, low volatile bituminous coal for blast furnace blowing is divided into 4 grades according to the ash index (A), namely A2, A3, A4 and A5, and medium-high volatile bituminous coal for blast furnace blowing is divided into 4 grades according to the ash index (A,), namely A1, A2, A3 and A4. The corresponding ash index requirements for each product grade are shown in Table 1.
4.3.2 Full sulphur grade
Anthracite for blast furnace blowing, low volatile bituminous coal for blast furnace blowing, medium-high volatile bituminous coal for blast furnace blowing are divided into 3 grades according to the full sulphur index (S...) They are divided into 3 grades, namely S1, S2 and S3. The total sulphur index requirements for each product grade are shown in Table 2.
4.3.3 Other index requirements
The other index requirements for blast furnace blast coal are shown in Table 3.
4.4 Product Catalogue
The product catalogue for blast furnace blast coal is shown in Appendix A.
4.5 Coal distribution and trash control requirements
Blast furnace blast coal impurity control shall conform to the requirements of GB/T31687.
5 Test methods
5.1 Total moisture
The determination of total moisture of coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 211.
5.2 Ash, volatile matter
The determination of ash and volatile matter of coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 212 or GB/T 30732. Arbitration of ash content of coal in accordance with the slow ashing method in GB/T 212.
5.3 Abrasibility index
The abrasibility index of coal (Hardgrove method) is determined in accordance with GB/T 2565.
5.4 Heat content
The determination of the calorific value of coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 213.
5.5 Total sulphur
The determination of total sulphur of coal should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 214 or GB/T 25214, and the arbitration should be carried out in accordance with the Ashoka method in GB/T 214.
5.6 Potassium and sodium content
According to the conversion of potassium and sodium content in coal ash, the determination of potassium and sodium content in coal ash should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 1574.
5.7 Phosphorus content
Determination of phosphorus content in coal should be carried out in accordance with GB / T 216.
5.8 Chlorine content
Determination of chlorine content in coal should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 3558.
5.9 Arsenic content
The determination of arsenic content in coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 3058, GB/T 39538 or SN/T 3521.
5.10 Mercury content
The determination of mercury content in coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16659, GB/T 39538, SN/T 3511 or SN/T 3521.
5.11 Fluorine content
The determination of fluorine content in coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 4633.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Group batch
The product shall be tested in batches.
6.2 Sampling and preparation
Products taken according to GB/T475 or GB/T 19494.1, prepared according to GB/T 474 or GB/T 19494.2.
6.3 Factory inspection
Manufacturers ﹑ distribution enterprises should be in accordance with the requirements of Table 4 test items for factory inspection.
6.4 Type test
6.4.1 The following cases, should be carried out type test:
a) the design of new products and identification of the final batch of trial production identification;
b) formal production, raw materials, processes and equipment changes;
c) formal production, every six months or every change in a batch of raw materials for a test;
d) interruption of mass production, production has stopped and resumed production;
e) national or local market supervision departments to type test requirements.
6.4.2 type test items should be consistent with the requirements of Table 4.
6.5 Judgement rules
The quality of blast furnace blast coal shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Table 1~Table 3, and when the results of factory inspection and type inspection meet the requirements, the batch shall be judged to be qualified.
7 Marking, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The blast furnace blast coal produced and sold shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 25209. 7.1.2 The marking shall include but not be limited to the following as accompanying documents for the circulation of blast furnace blast coal:
---Name of product;
---Quantity;
---Origin;
--Nominal maximum particle size or description of appearance;
--Major coal quality indicators; including but not limited to those specified in Chapter 4;
-Other: name and address of the producer or distributor, date of production, batch number, product standard number, etc.
7.1.3 The label shall be made of waterproof, corrosion-proof, unbreakable material and easy to maintain for a long time.
7.2 Transportation and storage
The transportation and storage of blast furnace blast coal shall be dustproof, rainproof, moistureproof and away from ignition sources.

4 Product quality grades and technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
Coal for blast furnace blowing is divided into categories according to coal type and quality grades according to ash and total sulphur index, expressed in the form of "category + ash grade + total sulphur grade". Other indicators shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 31356.
4.2 Product categories
4.3 Quality requirements
4.3.1 Ash grade
Anthracite for blast furnace blowing, low volatile bituminous coal for blast furnace blowing is divided into 4 grades according to the ash index (A), namely A2, A3, A4 and A5, and medium-high volatile bituminous coal for blast furnace blowing is divided into 4 grades according to the ash index (A,), namely A1, A2, A3 and A4. 4.3.2 Full sulphur grade

4.3.3 Other index requirements
The other index requirements for blast furnace blast coal are shown in Table 3.
4.4 Product Catalogue
The product catalogue for blast furnace blast coal is shown in Appendix A.
4.5 Coal distribution and trash control requirements
Blast furnace blast coal impurity control shall conform to the requirements of GB/T31687.
5 Test methods
5.1 Total moisture
The determination of total moisture of coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 211.
5.2 Ash, volatile matter
The determination of ash and volatile matter of coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 212 or GB/T 30732. Arbitration of ash content of coal in accordance with the slow ashing method in GB/T 212.
5.3 Abrasibility index
The abrasibility index of coal (Hardgrove method) is determined in accordance with GB/T 2565.
5.4 Heat content
The determination of the calorific value of coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 213.
5.5 Total sulphur
The determination of total sulphur of coal should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 214 or GB/T 25214, and the arbitration should be carried out in accordance with the Ashoka method in GB/T 214.
5.6 Potassium and sodium content
According to the conversion of potassium and sodium content in coal ash, the determination of potassium and sodium content in coal ash should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 1574.
5.7 Phosphorus content
Determination of phosphorus content in coal should be carried out in accordance with GB / T 216.
5.8 Chlorine content
Determination of chlorine content in coal should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 3558.
5.9 Arsenic content
The determination of arsenic content in coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 3058, GB/T 39538 or SN/T 3521.
5.10 Mercury content
The determination of mercury content in coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16659, GB/T 39538, SN/T 3511 or SN/T 3521.
5.11 Fluorine content
The determination of fluorine content in coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 4633.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Group batch
The product shall be tested in batches.
6.2 Sampling and preparation
Products taken according to GB/T475 or GB/T 19494.1, prepared according to GB/T 474 or GB/T 19494.2.
6.3 Factory inspection
Manufacturers ﹑ distribution enterprises should be in accordance with the requirements of Table 4 test items for factory inspection.
6.4 Type test
