1 Scope
This standard specifies the preparation methods of steel substrates before application of paints and related products, and the definition and the method, used abrasive and process sequence and others of abrasive blast-cleaning.
This Standard is applicable to new and corroded steel surfaces and to steel surfaces that are uncoated or have been previously coated with paints and related products.
