本标准规定了液化气体汽车罐车（以下简称罐车）的材料、设计、制造、试验方法、检验规则、标志标识、出厂文件、储存运输等要求。
本标准适用于钢制罐体的设计压力不小于0.1MPa，容积不小于1m3，且与定型底盘或半挂车行走机构永久性连接的罐车。
