Introduction of GB/T 19981.1-2014

1 Scope This part of GB/T 19981 specifies a method for assessing the performance of fabrics and garments which have been cleaned and finished according to the associated procedures stated in GB/T 19981. This part is applicable to the assessment of performance changes arising from cleaning and finishing of fabrics and garments. The current standards applicable to assessing these changes are given as appropriate. Other properties which are also important, but for which there are no standards providing methods of assessment, are indicated in Appendix A, together with advice on how to proceed on their assessment. 2 Normative References The following documents for the application of this document are essential.
