Introduction of GB/T 21715.3-2008

ＧＢ／Ｔ２１７１５《健康信息学　患者健康卡数据》分为８个部分,将来还可能增加新的部分。本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ２１７１５中的第３部分。本部分使用UML、纯文本和抽象语法记法1（ASN.1）描述并定义了患者持有的健康数据卡使用或引用的有限临床数据对象。本部分规定了数据对象“有限临床数据”中所包含数据的基本结构，但是没有规定或者给出存储在设备中强制性特定数据集。本部分适用于记录或传送患者健康卡的数据，这些数据可存放于符合GB/T 14916中ID-1卡物理尺寸规定的卡中。本部分等同采用国际标准ＩＳＯ２１５４９-３：２００４《健康信息学　健康卡数据　第３部分：有限临床数据》。
本部分与ＩＳＯ２１５４９-３：２００４的主要差别为：
———对适用范围进行了略微补充；
———根据附录Ａ补充了表３中遗漏条目。
