本标准等同采用欧洲标准EN 1149-1:2006《防护服　静电性能　第1部分：表面电阻率试验方法》（英文版）。
本标准首次发布。
本标准规定了用于能消除静电火花的防静电防护服（或手套）材料的试验方法。
本标准不适用于抗电源电压防护服或手套所采用的材料。
为了便于使用，本标准做了下列编辑性修改：
a）标准名称改为“服装　防静电性能　表面电阻率试验方法”；
b）“本欧洲标准”一词改为“本标准”；
c）用小数点“．”代替作为小数点的逗号“，”；
d）用“ln”代替“loge”；
e）删除欧洲标准的前言、引言；
f）删除欧洲标准的资料性附录；
