6.2.3.2 Checking Temperature Characteristics of Adjustment Points
The temperature controller is placed at the position of the adjustment point. The temperature starts to rise from the low temperature when the contact is disconnected or the air door is fully closed (the high temperature begins to fall when the contact is disconnected for the high temperature type and the body expansion type). The temperature rises from low to high (or falls from high to low) to the contact is connected or the air door is fully open, and then the temperature drops (or rises) to the contact is disconnected or the air door is fully closed For one time, the temperature of each opening point and stopping point was recorded, and the arithmetic average of the last two times was taken.
When testing the temperature characteristics of the damper temperature controller, make the adjusting shaft horizontal and the damper cover vertically upward (or according to the manufacturer's instructions or drawings). When the damper cover is fully closed, there may be no more than 1.5 mm unevenness.
When atmospheric pressure deviates from the standard value, data shall be provided to compensate according to the manufacturer's instruction manual or installation wiring diagram. When the ambient temperature deviates from the standard value, C - and L-filled products shall be compensated by providing data according to the manufacturer's specification or drawing.
6.2.3.3 Checking Temperature Characteristics of Non-Adjusted Points
Place the temperature controller at the position of non-adjustment point, measure it for three times according to 6.2.3.2 with the same method, and take the arithmetic mean value of the last two times.
6.2.3.4 Defrosting compound temperature controller
Defrosting temperature should be measured. After each measurement of the opening and stopping point temperature. The temperature starts to rise from the low temperature. When it is close to or below zero degree Celsius, press the defrosting button immediately and continue to warm up to measure the defrosting temperature of the corresponding point.
6.2.3.5 Pair signal Compound Temperature controller
Measurement of signal on temperature, should be measured after the main contact opening temperature.
6.2.3.6 Alignment type and differential type
Place two temperature sensing tubes in two temperature test tanks at different temperatures and test them under the test conditions according to method 6.2.3 or according to the instructions and drawings provided by the manufacturer.
6.2.4 Repeatability test
After the operation temperature characteristic test (6.2.3), place the temperature controller at the position of the adjustment point and test for 10 times continuously according to the method (6.2.3). The first value is omitted and the maximum change value before and after the operation temperature is compared.
