本标准规定了家用电动洗衣机的可靠性鉴定和可靠性验收试验的试验要求、试验、故障分析处理及统计、试验结果的判断、试验记录和试验报告。
本标准适用于额定洗涤容量不大于13kg的家用电动洗衣机（包含脱水机，不包含干衣机）。对于洗衣干衣机可只验证其洗衣功能部分的可靠性。
