本标准规定了进出口儿童可携持游泳浮力辅助器材的术语和定义、分类、安全要求、试验方法、警告
与标志。
本标准适用于手持或身体穿戴的自具浮力或可充气的Ｃ 类游泳辅助器材。
本标准不适用于拖拉浮标、浮力辅助设备、救生衣以及水上玩具。
