1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements on the technology, assembling, safety, testing methods, inspection rules and other requirements of metal cutting machines' hydraulic system.
This standard is applicable to hydraulic transmission and control system for metal cutting machine tools, the working medium of which is hydraulic oil.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 Basic Requirements
The design, manufacture and manipulating of hydraulic system shall be in accordance with the requirements specified in GB/T 3766, and ensure long life permanence of equipment depositing, as well as convenience of maintenance.
3.2 Hydraulic Elements and Components.
The hydraulic elements used in hydraulic system shall be accordance with the requirements specified in GB/T7935; other components shall be in accordance with the requirements of corresponding standards.
3.3 Hydraulic Oil
3.3.1 The hydraulic oil used in hydraulic system shall be in accordance with the requirements specified in GB/T 3766 and GB/T 7632. Oil filtration device shall be set in the position where replacing and maintaining is convenient in hydraulic system. The oil shall be filtered fully before injected into the oil tank of hydraulic system.
3.3.2 Hydraulic system oil and oil used in guide track or other mechanical parts should be mutually separated.
