1 Scope
This document specifies the structure, specifications and marking, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and handling for light conveyor belts (hereinafter referred to as "light belts"), and describes the relevant test methods.
This document is applicable to light belts as specified in GB/T 39825.
This document is not applicable to light belts that come into direct contact with food.

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 5756 and GB/T 41924.2 apply.
4 Structure, specifications and marking
4.1 Structure
A light belt consists of a carcass material, an adhesion layer and a cover (optional). The carcass material is composed of a single or composite fabric made from natural or synthetic fibres. The carcass may or may not have a cover layer. The cover layer types are classified as rubber type (including rubber-plastic type) and plastic type.
4.2 Specifications and marking
4.2.1 Full-thickness tensile strength specifications
The longitudinal full-thickness tensile strength specifications for light belts are given in Table 1, arranged by the R10 preferred number series extended to higher or lower values.
4.2.2 Total thickness specifications
The total thickness specifications for light belts are given in Table 2.
4.2.3 Marking
4.2.3.1 Cover material marking codes
The cover material marking codes for light belts are given in Table 3.
4.2.3.2 Carcass material marking codes
