The product that this standard applies is applicable to be used as fuel for methanol gasoline (M85) spark-ignition engine. In the case of disagreement, the test result gained in accordance with Annex B shall prevail. c In the case of disagreement, the test result gained in accordance with GB/T 8020 shall prevail. When adopting the test method specified in ASTM D5059, methanol (analytical reagent) is adopted as solvent to prepare reference solution to prevent error due to large difference of carbon hydrogen ratio. d In the case of disagreement, the test result gained in accordance with SH/T 0689 shall prevail. When adopting the test method specified in GB/T 11140, methanol (analytical reagent) is adopted as solvent to prepare reference solution to prevent error due to large difference of carbon hydrogen ratio. e In the case of disagreement, the test result gained by the method in Annex C shall prevail. f In the case of disagreement, the test result gained by the method in ASTM E203 shall prevail. g The manganese content is referred to the total content of manganese existing in Methyl-cyclopentadienyl-Manganese-Tricarbony (MMT).
