本标准规定了溴氯海因的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于由5,5二甲基海因经卤代而制得的溴氯海因,主要用于工业循环水、泳池、景观喷泉、医院污水、医疗用具、油田注水、食品加工、宾馆家庭卫生洁具的消毒杀菌灭藻,还可用于保鲜库、气调库杀菌保鲜、水产养殖消毒杀菌、口岸检验检疫处理消毒杀菌及疫区的防疫消毒。
