1 Scope
This standard specifies safety requirements, test methods, marking and instructions for use of children's high chairs.
It is applicable to high chairs for export for children between 6 months and 3 years of age.
It is not applicable to the following two conditions:
——Multi-functional children's high chairs are convertible for such uses as baby walking frames, pushchairs, swings, car chairs or reclining low chairs;
——Where older child interacts with child in the chair or high chair is misused or used incorrectly by user over 3 years old.
