Quality requirements for Chinese spirits bottle
1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport, storage and other quality requirements of Chinese spirits bottle.
This document is applicable to glass bottles containing Chinese spirits.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 9987 apply.
4 Requirements
4.1 Physical and chemical properties
The physical and chemical properties shall meet those specified in Table 1.
4.2 Specification dimensions
4.2.1 Capacity
The full capacity and the permissible error of the full capacity shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.
4.3 Appearance quality
The appearance quality etc. shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5.
5 Test methods
5.1 Physical and chemical properties 5.1.1 Thermal shock resistance
According to the provisions of GB/T 4547.
5.1.2 Internal stress
According to the provisions of GB/T 4545.
5.1.3 Impact resistance
Round and square bottles are carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 6552, and other shaped bottles are selected for easy access to the bottle body and impacted once.
5.1.4 Water resistance of inner surface
According to the provisions of GB/T4548.
5.2 Specification size
5.2.1 Capacity
According to the provisions of GB/T 20858.
5.2.2 Bottle mouth size
Measure the mouth of the bottle with a vernier caliper or stopper gauge with an accuracy of 0.02 mm.
5.2.3 Body diameter
Measure the body of the bottle with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02 mm.
5.2.4 Bottle height
Measured with a height ruler with an accuracy of 0.02 mm or other height measuring device of the same accuracy.
5.2.5 Vertical axis deviation
According to the provisions of GB/T8452.
5.2.6 Thickness
The thickness of the bottle body and the bottom of the bottle is measured by a thickness gauge with an accuracy of 0.01 mm.
Measured with a thickness gauge on the same cross-section of the bottle body, the ratio of the thickest point to the thinnest point measured. The ratio of the thickest point to the thinnest point measured with a thickness gauge on the same bottle bottom.
5.2.7 Bottle mouth non-parallelism
The difference between the highest and lowest value from the bottom of the bottle to the mouth of the bottle is the non-parallelism of the mouth of the bottle, measured with a height ruler with an accuracy of 0.02 mm.
5.3 Appearance quality
Measured visually at a distance of 500 mm in natural light and, if necessary, with a 10x scale magnifier.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Product handover acceptance should be in accordance with GB/T 2828.1 secondary sampling program, or by separate agreement between the supply and demand sides if required.
6.2 Product acceptance to the number of unqualified products per 100 units of products, the inspection level (IL), acceptance quality limit (AQL) submitted for acceptance batch of products should be in line with the provisions of Table 6.
6.3 Each batch of inspection of each of the above items shall all comply with this document, the batch is judged to be in compliance with this document. If there are unqualified items, the department in charge shall analyze the specific failure and then make a decision to scrap or resample the batch for re-testing, and if the re-submitted products still fail to pass the test, the batch shall be judged as not conforming to this standard.
7 Marking, packaging, transport and storage
7.1 Marking
Each product shall be marked with the manufacturer's trademark or logo.
7.2 Packaging
Choose appropriate packaging such as pallets and cartons to reduce the impact of improper packaging and transportation on the quality of white wine glass bottles. Packaging materials should keep the product clean and not easily broken.
Each package should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity or a conformity label, which should indicate the name, address and contact details of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the material, the declaration of conformity to relevant regulations and standards, the specification, the quantity, the date of production, the batch number, the name of the person inspecting the packaging (code), and should also indicate "for food contact", "for food packaging" or "for food packaging". "for food packaging" or similar terms, or with the spoon and chopsticks logo and "glass articles" and other pictorial storage and transport symbols.
7.3 Transport
Prevent violent shocks during transport and handle gently when loading and unloading.
7.4 Storage
The storage environment should be ventilated and dry. During storage, the product should be kept away from odorous, corrosive and toxic substances.

4 Requirements
