本标准规定了在塑料加工工艺的剪切速率和温度条件下,测定剪切应力作用下熔体流动性的方法。
由于塑料熔体的流动性不仅依赖于温度,而且依赖于其他参数,尤其是剪切应力和剪切速率,因此建立该方法十分必要。
本标准适用于测定的熔体黏度范围为10Pa·s~107 Pa·s,这依赖于压力和(或)力传感器的测量范围以及流变仪的机械及物理特性,挤出式流变仪产生的剪切速率范围为1s-1~106s-1。
