1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules ﹑ marking, packaging, transport and storage of skid steer loaders. This document applies to tyre or tracked skid steer loaders (hereinafter referred to as skid steer loaders) as defined in GB/T 8498.

The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through the normative references in the text. Among them, note the date of the cited documents, only the date of the corresponding version applicable to this document; do not note the date of the cited documents, the latest version (including all the revision of the list) applicable to this document.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 8498,GB/T 25602,GB/T 25604 are applicable to this document.
4 Classification
4.1 Type
Skid steer loaders are classified according to the mode of travel:
tyre skid steer loaders
Crawler skid steer loaders.
4.2 Type
The type of skid steer loader shall be in accordance with JB/T 9725 or as determined by the manufacturer.
4.3 Parameters
4.3.1 Basic parameters
The basic parameters of the skid steer loader are the rated power of the engine, the rated working load and the working mass, see Appendix A.
4.3.2 Main parameters
A list of the main parameters of the skid steer loader is given in Appendix A.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 The skid steer loader shall be able to operate normally under environmental conditions of -15°C to +40°C and an altitude of not more than 2 000 m.
5.1.2 The connection of the skid-steer loader attachment shall conform to the provisions of GB/T25619.
5.1.3 The assembly quality of the skid steer loader shall conform to the provisions of JB/T 5945.
5.1.4 The appearance painting quality of the skid steer loader shall conform to the provisions of JB/T 5946.
5.1.5 The hydraulic system and hydraulic components for the skid steer loader shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 3766 and GB/T 7935.
5.1.6 Diesel engines for skid steer loaders shall conform to the provisions of JB/T 4198.1.
5.1.7 The capacity of the fuel tank for the skid steer loader shall ensure that its continuous operating time is not less than 8 h.
5.1.8 The preparation of the driver's manual shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 25622.
5.2 Performance requirements
5.2.1 The hydraulic system fluid solid particle contamination level of the skid steer loader should not exceed -/18/15 as stipulated in GB/T 14039-2002.
5.2.2 The whole machine of the skid steer loader shall be free from leakage when it leaves the factory.
5.2.3 The settlement of the hydraulic cylinder of the skid steer loader shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.3 Safety, environmental protection and comfort requirements
5.3.1 The rated working load and ultimate tipping load of the skid steer loader shall conform to the provisions of GB25684.3 and GB/T 10175.1. 5.3.2 The sound power level of the noise emitted from the outside of the skid steer loader and the sound pressure level of the noise emitted from the driver's position shall conform to the provisions of GB 16710.
5.3.3 The vibration performance of the driver's seat for your skid steer loader shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 8419.
5.3.4 The exhaust pollutants of diesel engines for skid steer loaders shall comply with the provisions of GB 20891.
5.3.5 skid steer loader driver manipulation device layout should comply with the provisions of GB/T 21935, manipulation force should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 8595; skid steer loader with front access should also comply with the following provisions: skid steer loader linkage lifting and lowering, machine walking and hydraulic manipulation of ancillary devices (such as multi-purpose bucket) and other manipulation devices, when the driver leaves or enters the driver's operating room They should be automatically locked (e.g. with a safety lever) or automatically inoperative when the driver leaves or enters the driver's compartment.
5.3.6 The braking system of your tyre skid steer loader should comply with the provisions of GB/T 21152, and the braking system of the tracked skid steer loader should comply with the provisions of GB/T 19929.
5.3.7 The driver's view of the skid steer loader should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 16937.
5.3.8 The signal and external lighting device of the skid steer loader should comply with the provisions of GB/T 20418. 5.3.9 The forward and reverse alarm sound of the skid steer loader should comply with the provisions of GB/T 21155. 5.3.10 The access device of the skid steer loader should comply with the provisions of GB/T 17300.
5.3.11 Skid steer loaders with front access guards should be equipped with side guards to prevent the driver from sitting in the operating position to extend his limbs between the side arm and the fixed parts of the machine to be pinched. The guards should comply with the provisions of GB/T 25607. Protective devices for the lower part of the lower limbs should be located within the reachable area specified in GB/T 21935 and at a minimum height of 200 mm from the floor of the driver's cab.
5.3.12 For skid steer loaders equipped with roll-over protective structures (ROPS), the ROPS shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 17922. For overhead skid steer loaders that are not required to be equipped with a ROPS, the ROPS fixing points can be reserved. For skid steer loaders with multiple working devices, the design of the ROPS should take into account the working mass under the heaviest configuration specified by the manufacturer.
5.3.13 Skid steer loaders used in situations where there is a risk of falling objects should be designed for the installation of Falling Object Protection Structures (FOPS), which should comply with the provisions of GB/T 17771.
5.3.14 Skid steer loaders should be labelled with a safety label, which should comply with the provisions of GB 20178.
5.3.15: Skid steer loaders shall comply with the applicable mandatory provisions in GB 25684.1 and GB 25684.3.
5.3.16: Skid steer loaders should comply with the applicable recommended provisions in GB 25684.1 and GB 25684.3.
6 Test methods
6.1 The determination of the engine power of the skid steer loader is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 16936.
6.2 Determination of the digging force of the skid steer loader according to the provisions of GB/T10175.2.
6.3 The determination of the rated working load and ultimate tipping load of the skid steer loader according to GB 25684.3 and GB/T 10175.1. 6.4 The determination of the sound power level of the skid steer loader according to the provisions of GB/T25614.
6.5 Skid steer loader driver position emission sound pressure level determination according to the provisions of GB/T25615.
6.6 Skid-steer loader exhaust pollutant determination according to the provisions of GB20891.
6.7 tyre skid-steer loader braking system according to the provisions of GB/T 21152, tracked skid-steer loader braking system according to the provisions of GB/T19929 or GB/T 21152.
6.8 skid steer loader traveling sound alarm device and the determination of the front horn according to the provisions of GB/T21155.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 skid steer loader should be the manufacturer's quality inspection department inspection before leaving the factory, and should be accompanied by product quality qualification documents or marks.
7.1.2: Skid steer loader factory inspection items can be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1.
7.1.3 The factory inspection programme shall be determined by the manufacturer or by mutual agreement between supply and demand.
8 Marking. Packaging, transport and storage
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 The product label shall be firmly fixed in a conspicuous position on the body of the skid steer loader.
8.2 Packaging
The packaging of the skid steer loader and its accessories, spare parts and random tools shall conform to the provisions of JB/T5947 and ensure that they are not damaged under normal transport and storage conditions.
8.3 Random documents
When the skid steer loader leaves the factory, the following documents shall be provided to the user:
a) Packing list;
b) Product certificate of conformity
c) Driver's manual
d) A catalogue of random tools and spare parts and accessories.
8.4 Transport
8.4.1 The transport of the skid steer loader shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations of the transport department.
8.4.2 No part of the skid steer loader shall be disassembled during transport without the consent of the manufacturer. 8.4.3 Before shipment, the manufacturer shall disconnect the battery from the body circuit.
8.5 Storage
The protection and storage of the skid steer loader shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 22358.

1 Scope

4 Classification
4.1 Type
Skid steer loaders are classified according to the mode of travel:
tyre skid steer loaders
Crawler skid steer loaders.
4.2 Type
The type of skid steer loader shall be in accordance with JB/T 9725 or as determined by the manufacturer.
4.3 Parameters
4.3.1 Basic parameters
The basic parameters of the skid steer loader are the rated power of the engine, the rated working load and the working mass, see Appendix A.
4.3.2 Main parameters
A list of the main parameters of the skid steer loader is given in Appendix A.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 The skid steer loader shall be able to operate normally under environmental conditions of -15°C to +40°C and an altitude of not more than 2 000 m.
5.1.2 The connection of the skid-steer loader attachment shall conform to the provisions of GB/T25619.
5.1.3 The assembly quality of the skid steer loader shall conform to the provisions of JB/T 5945.
5.1.4 The appearance painting quality of the skid steer loader shall conform to the provisions of JB/T 5946.
5.1.5 The hydraulic system and hydraulic components for the skid steer loader shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 3766 and GB/T 7935.
5.1.6 Diesel engines for skid steer loaders shall conform to the provisions of JB/T 4198.1.
5.1.7 The capacity of the fuel tank for the skid steer loader shall ensure that its continuous operating time is not less than 8 h.
5.1.8 The preparation of the driver's manual shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 25622.
5.2 Performance requirements
5.2.1 The hydraulic system fluid solid particle contamination level of the skid steer loader should not exceed -/18/15 as stipulated in GB/T 14039-2002.
5.2.2 The whole machine of the skid steer loader shall be free from leakage when it leaves the factory.
5.2.3 The settlement of the hydraulic cylinder of the skid steer loader shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.3 Safety, environmental protection and comfort requirements
5.3.1 The rated working load and ultimate tipping load of the skid steer loader shall conform to the provisions of GB25684.3 and GB/T 10175.1. 5.3.2 The sound power level of the noise emitted from the outside of the skid steer loader and the sound pressure level of the noise emitted from the driver's position shall conform to the provisions of GB 16710.
5.3.3 The vibration performance of the driver's seat for your skid steer loader shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 8419.
5.3.4 The exhaust pollutants of diesel engines for skid steer loaders shall comply with the provisions of GB 20891.
5.3.5 skid steer loader driver manipulation device layout should comply with the provisions of GB/T 21935, manipulation force should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 8595; skid steer loader with front access should also comply with the following provisions: skid steer loader linkage lifting and lowering, machine walking and hydraulic manipulation of ancillary devices (such as multi-purpose bucket) and other manipulation devices, when the driver leaves or enters the driver's operating room They should be automatically locked (e.g. with a safety lever) or automatically inoperative when the driver leaves or enters the driver's compartment.
5.3.6 The braking system of your tyre skid steer loader should comply with the provisions of GB/T 21152, and the braking system of the tracked skid steer loader should comply with the provisions of GB/T 19929.
5.3.7 The driver's view of the skid steer loader should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 16937.
5.3.8 The signal and external lighting device of the skid steer loader should comply with the provisions of GB/T 20418. 5.3.9 The forward and reverse alarm sound of the skid steer loader should comply with the provisions of GB/T 21155. 5.3.10 The access device of the skid steer loader should comply with the provisions of GB/T 17300.
5.3.11 Skid steer loaders with front access guards should be equipped with side guards to prevent the driver from sitting in the operating position to extend his limbs between the side arm and the fixed parts of the machine to be pinched. The guards should comply with the provisions of GB/T 25607. 5.3.12 For skid steer loaders equipped with roll-over protective structures (ROPS), the ROPS shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 17922. 6 Test methods
6.1 The determination of the engine power of the skid steer loader is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 16936.
6.2 Determination of the digging force of the skid steer loader according to the provisions of GB/T10175.2.
6.3 The determination of the rated working load and ultimate tipping load of the skid steer loader according to GB 25684.3 and GB/T 10175.1. 6.4 The determination of the sound power level of the skid steer loader according to the provisions of GB/T25614.
6.5 Skid steer loader driver position emission sound pressure level determination according to the provisions of GB/T25615.
6.6 Skid-steer loader exhaust pollutant determination according to the provisions of GB20891.
6.7 tyre skid-steer loader braking system according to the provisions of GB/T 21152, tracked skid-steer loader braking system according to the provisions of GB/T19929 or GB/T 21152.

7 Inspection rules
