Test method for the performance of heat exchangers and heat exchange element—Part 3: Plate heat exchanger
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 27698 specifies the test methods for heat exchange and fluid resistance performance under the test conditions of liquid-liquid without phase change, vapor-liquid condensation with phase change and vapor-liquid evaporation with phase change of plate heat exchangers (including semi-welded plate heat exchangers and full-welded plate heat exchangers).
The test fluids applicable to this part are liquid-liquid and vapor-liquid.
This part only considers the heat conduction thermal resistance of heat exchange plate material, and does not consider the fouling thermal resistance of the heat exchange plate on both sides.
The number of sheets of plate heat exchangers tested according to the provisions of this part shall not be less than 7.
