1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural forms and length, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules as well as marking, protection, packaging, transportation and storage of the spring loaded safety valve for cryogenic service.
This standard is applicable to the safety valves for cryogenic gas medium, with a nominal pressure of PN6 ~ PN100, a nominal dimension of DN15~DN200, a temperature of not less than -196℃ and a minimum set pressure of 0.1 MPa.
