本标准主要规定了设计阶段和试航阶段对船舶能效设计指数(EEDI)的验证方法,为验证船舶达到的EEDI值(AttainedEEDI)提供指导。
本标准适用于GB/T30008—2013表1所列的12种国际航行海洋运输船舶、表2所列的3种国内航行海洋运输船舶和表3所列的6种内河运输船舶“达到的EEDI值”验证,不适用于这些船舶类型中具有柴油-电力推进、透平推进或混合式推进系统的船舶。
