1 Scope
This document specifies the composition and classification, service conditions and system design of automated guided vehicles and the design of automated guided vehicles.
This document is applicable to the product development, design, manufacturing and application of automated guided vehicles.

4 Composition and classification of automated guided vehicle
4.1 Composition
An automated guided vehicle is mainly composed of chassis, driving device, actuator, safety protection device, on-board control system, power supply device, navigation device, communication device and human-machine interaction system.
4.2 Classification
4.2.1 By navigation mode
In general, automated guided vehicles may be classified into the following types by navigation modes:
a) Inductive navigation;
b) Magnetic navigation (including magnetic tape navigation and magnetic spot navigation);
c) Optical navigation;
d) Laser navigation (including laser reflector navigation and laser natural navigation);
e) Inertial navigation;
f) Visual navigation;
g) Radio station navigation;

4 Composition and classification of automated guided vehicle
4.1 Composition
An automated guided vehicle is mainly composed of chassis, driving device, actuator, safety protection device, on-board control system, power supply device, navigation device, communication device and human-machine interaction system.
4.2 Classification
4.2.1 By navigation mode
In general, automated guided vehicles may be classified into the following types by navigation modes:
