This standard specifies the test method for measuring the negative-ion concentration in textiles by friction method, and gives the evaluation.
This standard applies to various textiles and their products.
This standard does not involve the safety evaluation of textile products that excite negative ions in the air due to the addition of materials containing radioactive substances.

negatively charged ions formed by molecules or atoms in the atmosphere, such as OH-(H2O)n and O2-(H2O)n, etc.
