1 Scope This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of handwriting and painting devices (hereafter referred to as "product"). This standard is applicable to collect handwriting information by accessing to the computer, and used for the computer peripherals for handwritten character recognition, computer drawing, painting or other online handwriting information collection.
