1 Scope
This standard specifies the methods for determining 20 types of allergenic disperse dyestuffs in dyed leathers, furs and their products.
This standard is applicable to dyed leather and fur products.

3 Theory
After the sample was extracted with methanol under ultrasonic wave, subject the extract liquor to qualitative and quantitative determination with the high performance liquid chromatography - diode array detector (HPLC/DAD) or the high performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS).
4 Reagents
Unless otherwise specified, the analytically pure reagents and Grade II water (specified in GB/T 6682) are adopted.
4.1 Methanol (chromatographic grade).
4.2 Disodium hydrogen phosphate.
