1 Scope
This part of GB/T 304 specifies the fits of spherical plain bearings with shaft and housing hole under general working conditions as well as the technical requirements of matching surface.
This part is applicable to the following conditions:
- The spherical plain bearings with the boundary dimensions meeting GB/T 9161-2001 (excluding series K), GB/T 9162-2001, GB/T 9163-2001 (excluding series K and W) and GB/T 9164-2001 and with the nominal bore diameter of bearing less than or equal to 800 mm and the nominal outside diameter less than or equal to 1,000 mm;
- The spherical plain bearings with internal clearance meeting N Group;
- The solid shaft or hollow shaft with thick wall;
- The spherical plain bearings with the working temperature less than or equal to 100℃.
