本标准规定了低温仓储的入库作业、储存作业、出库作业、环境控制、安全控制及信息处理的要求。
本标准适用于公共低温仓库的仓储作业活动,自营低温仓库的仓储作业活动可参照执行。
本标准不适用于人工调控气体成分的低温仓库、仓储作业自动化的低温仓库、储存危险品或有毒有害物品的低温仓库,以及国家相关部门有特殊要求的低温仓库的仓储作业活动。
