1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of compressed hydrogen dispenser for vehicles.
This standard is applicable to compressed hydrogen dispenser with rated operating pressure no larger than 70MPa for the hydrogen refueling station of hydrogen energy vehicles.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 24499, GB 50516 and GB/T 19237 and the following apply.

compressed hydrogen dispenser for vehicles
special equipment providing vehicles with the service of filling compressed hydrogen fuel or hydrogen enriched compressed nature gas and also having the functions of measuring and pricing, which is also called "hydrogen dispenser" for short
3.2
hydrogen enriched compressed nature gas
gas fuel obtained by mixing hydrogen and natural gas in a certain proportion, with hydrogen accounting for not exceeding 50% (volume fraction) of the gas mixture, which is called "HCNG" for short
3.3
dispenser nozzle
refueling interface installed at the end of dispenser hose of hydrogen dispenser to connect hydrogen dispenser and vehicle
3.4
receptacle
assembly of parts connecting vehicle and dispenser nozzle during refueling
