1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of heat cost allocators with electrical energy supply.
This standard is applicable to the heat cost allocators with electrical energy supply (hereinafter referred to as "heat cost allocator") in the indoor hot water heating system of building, use for measuring the heating load of radiator and allocating the calculated heat dissipating capacity; it's not applicable to forced convection radiator, steam radiator and wall (floor, roof, etc.) radiant heating system.
