This standard is applicable to lignite, soft coal and hard coal.
2 Method A: High-temperature combustion Hydrolyzing-potentiometric titration
2.1 Determination Principle
Coal sample can combust and hydrolyz in the mixed gasflow of oxygen and vapour, and the chlorine in coal will all turn into chlorides and dissolve in water quantificationally. Taking silver as the indicator electrode and silver -silver chloride as reference electrode, titrate the chloridion concentration in the condensed fluid with standard silver nitrate potentiometric method; calculate the content of chlnorine in coal according to the standard silver nitrate solution dosage.
