1 Scope
This standard specifies the statistical classification, statistical period and statistical preparation of energy consumption per unit products for tempered glass, as well as the energy consumption statistics, output statistics and energy consumption calculation methods of energy consumption per unit products for tempered glass.
This standard is applicable to the energy consumption test of flat tempered glass production line using physical tempering method.
This standard is not applicable to the energy consumption test of tempered glass production line using chemical method.

3 Statistical classification
Statistics of common flat tempered glass, low emissivity coated flat tempered glass, common curved tempered glass and low emissivity coated curved tempered glass shall be measured separately.
4 Statistical period
The statistical period of one tempered glass production line producing glass with the same thickness and category is at least 1 hour of continuous production and no less than 5 furnace volumes.
