1 Scope This part specifies the determination of the oil absorption number of carbon black through an apparatus procedure (Procedure A) and a manual procedure (Procedure B), and Procedure A is an arbitration method. This part is applicable to carbon black for use in rubber products and colour carbon black. 2 Normative References The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this part of GB/T 3780, constitute provisions of this part.
