1 Scope This part of GB/T 3780 specifies procedures for determining the heating loss of carbon black, such as Procedure A (gravity-convection oven procedure), Procedure B (moisture balance procedure) and Procedure C (infrared irradiation procedure), thereof arbitration method is for Procedure A and intermediate-control analysis method is for Procedure B and Procedure C. This part is applicable to carbon black for use in rubber products, acetylene and colour carbon black. 2 Normative References The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this part of GB/T 3780, constitute provisions of this part. For dated reference, subsequent amendments to (excluding correction to), or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply.
