1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions of intelligent plastic pipes, fittings and valves in the intelligent pipe network equipment layer. Classification. General provisions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
This document applies to water supply, drainage, gas, heat and other intelligent pipe network system.

3 Terms and definitions.
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1

4 Classification
According to the combination of mechanical connection and embedded intelligent plastic pipes, fittings and valves.
5 General Provisions
5.1 Intelligent plastic pipe. Fittings and valves should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 41004.1 - 2021 in Chapter 6 and Chapter 7.
5.2 The combination of sensing equipment, etc. should comply with the provisions of the corresponding documents and / or specifications, the combination of sensing equipment, etc. should not be pipe. The combination of sensing equipment should not adversely affect the performance and service life of pipes and valves. The manufacturer should give specific documentation in the relevant technical documents.
5.3 intelligent valve electric device should comply with the provisions of GB / T 28270, the installation of electric devices should not adversely affect the life and performance of the valve.
5.4 The manufacturer of intelligent plastic pipe, fittings and valves should provide information about their products, see Appendix A.
6 Requirements
6.1 Smart plastic pipe. Pipe and valve substrate should comply with the provisions of the corresponding documents in Table 1. According to the actual needs, the combination of sensing equipment parts of the adaptive design, but should not affect the overall requirements of the substrate.
7 Test methods
7.1 Specimen state conditioning and test the standard environment
Unless otherwise specified, the specimen in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2918, at a temperature of (23 to 2) C . Relative humidity of (50 Shi 10)% conditions for at least 24 hours of state conditioning, and under these conditions for testing.
7.2 Environmental stability
7.2.1 Specimen
The specimen should contain at least one complete intelligent plastic pipe/intelligent plastic pipe fittings/intelligent valve products. The length of the specimen shall not exceed 1 m.
7.2.2 High temperature resistance
The specimen is placed in a high-temperature chamber without electricity, heated to (50 Shi 2) C, held for (120 Shi 2) min and then removed and cooled to room temperature. 7.2.3 Low temperature resistance
The specimen is placed in the cryostat without electricity, cooled to (- 20 Shi 2) C, held for (120 Shi 2) min and then removed and brought to room temperature. The sample will be warmed to room temperature and assembled into a small pipeline test system, the sample into the medium, such as water, natural gas, etc.. If necessary, the test system is sealed for testing (e.g., gas concentration test), and the combined sensing device is energized to determine if it can display/transmit data. 7.2.4 Free fall
At room temperature, the specimen shall be dropped from a height of (1.00-0.05) m onto the concrete floor. Side up, the number of drops of the same specimen is 3 times. 7.3 Other tests

8 Test rules
8.1 Inspection classification
The inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
8.2 Group batch
The group of products should be in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding documents in Table 1.
8.3 Factory inspection
In addition to the factory inspection of the product in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding documents in Table 1, should also include 6.2 in the high and low temperature test.
8.4 Type inspection
8.4.1 Type inspection items for all technical requirements of Chapter 6. According to the provisions of the corresponding product standards for inspection, in the inspection of qualified samples. Randomly take enough samples of the other tests.
