There are no terms and definitions in this document that need to be defined.
4 Technical requirements
The physical and chemical properties shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.
5 Test methods
5.1 Cutting of specimens
A sample of each batch shall be cut along the longitudinal direction to meet all the requirements of the test methods in this chapter. The sample shall be prepared by removing 50 mm of the width at each end of the sample in the transverse direction.
5.2 Conditioning and test environment
Unless otherwise specified, the specimen should be GB/T 2918- -2018 in accordance with the provisions of the temperature of 23 C to 2 C, relative humidity of 50% to 10% of the standard environment for state conditioning, the time should not be less than 4h, and in this environment for the test.
5.3 Tensile load and elongation at break
The test shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of method A of GB/T 38612- 2020.
5.4 Tear load
Test according to the provisions of GB/T 16578.1- 2008. The test speed is 200 mm/ min and 10 mm/ min, and the test result is the arithmetic mean of the maximum load of three specimens, accurate to 0.1 N.
5.5 Abrasion resistance
The test was carried out in accordance with QB/T2726-2005. CS10 grinding wheel, load weight 1000g, equipment friction rotation speed
70r/min, 4000 rpm of friction. At the end of the test, the specimen was removed and the abrasion resistance of the specimen was visually determined according to Table 2.
