1 Scope
This document sets out the basic requirements for the inspection, maintenance and repair of water-based amusement rides in use.
This document applies to large water-based amusement rides in use (hereinafter referred to as water-based amusement rides). The inspection, maintenance and repair of small water-based amusement rides may be carried out with reference.

The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through the normative references in the text. Among them, note the date of the reference document, only the date of the corresponding version applies to this document; do not note the date of the reference document, its latest version (including all the revision of the list) applies to this document.

3 Terminology and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 20306 and GB/T 41106.1 apply to this document.
4 General requirements
The inspection and maintenance of water-based amusement facilities should comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 41106.1, in addition to this document.
5 Inspection items and requirements
5.1 The inspection items, periodicity and requirements of water-based amusement rides should be determined in accordance with the principles stipulated in GB/T 41106.1.
5.2 Inspection items for water-based rides shall include (but not be limited to) the following applicable components or subsystems:
a) Rides;
b) Slides;
e) Departure platform;
d) Support structures;
e) Rotating slide swing structures;
f) Drop pool;
g) Water circulation system;
h) Lifting system;
i) Drive (transmission) system;
j) hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
k) electrical and control tickets;
5.3 Inspection items for each component or subsystem of the water type ride include (but are not limited to) the following:
a) Rides: Check the integrity of floating rings, sliding boards, buoyancy suits, drift boats, handrails, etc;
b) Chutes: check the surface damage of the FRP chutes and stainless steel chutes, the condition of the chute joints, and the working condition of the flow meter;
c) departure platform: check the integrity and working condition of the transmission device hatch, movable baffle, control console, signal light, lighting, starting point crossbar, etc.;.
d) Support structure: check the deformation of the steel structure of the chute support. Corrosion and welding seams, connecting bolts, ground bolts tightening situation;
e) Rotating slide slewing structure: check the slide frame and dynamic pulley guiding device, driving wheel, load-bearing wheel shaft and bearing. The brake is in good condition and working condition;
f) Falling pool: check the water level of the falling pool, the integrity of the wall, the return port, the barrier, the underwater light and the bottom of the pool;
g) Water circulation system: check the operation of pumps, filtration equipment, pipes and valves. The sand tank is in good condition:.
h) Lifting system: check the working condition of lifting device, conveyor belt and conveyor;
i) Drive (transmission) system: check the motor, reducer, open gear, v-belt, chain drive, pin-tooth drive, drive wheel, connecting bolt, etc. for temperature rise, noise, wear, tightening and working condition;
j) Hydraulic and pneumatic systems: check the leakage of hydraulic pipeline valves and motors. The air compressor, pressure reducing valve, air circuit and joint leakage, temperature rise and working condition;
k) Electrical and control system: check the power supply, transmission and distribution equipment, wire and cable integrity, system grounding, insulation in line with the requirements, machine room, control cabinet, electrical components, control panel. UPS power supply, battery and other intact condition and working condition;
I) Safety protection devices: check the braking device, non-reverse device, anti-collision device, buffer device, limit device. Speed limiting devices and other intact conditions and working conditions;
m) Protection system: check the safety isolation measures, guidance signs, safety distance, anti-slip and other protective measures, safety fences and protective nets in good condition;
n) Standby power: check the integrity and working condition of standby power devices;
o) Auxiliary equipment and facilities: check whether the emergency evacuation routes, aerial platforms, maintenance platforms, lighting, etc. are in good condition, and whether the anemometer, alarm bell, fire prevention equipment, sound system, video monitoring system are in good condition and working condition;
p) Associated equipment and facilities: check the integrity and working condition of other associated equipment and facilities such as special effects, packaging and performance actions;
q) Related other special equipment: check that other special equipment such as pressure vessels, safety valves, gas pipelines, lifts and cranes comply with national regulatory requirements;
r) Foundations: check the tightness of foundation bolts, foundation settlement, rust and corrosion, deformation, etc;
s) guidelines and safety warning signs: check the guidelines and safety warning signs are intact.
5.4 See Appendix A for inspection items, content and requirements of typical water rides and inspection methods.
6 Maintenance
6.1 The main maintenance items for water rides include but are not limited to the following:
a) Lubricate the slewing structure, drive system, bearings, important pins, gears, etc. in accordance with the prescribed periodicity and methods. Lubricate, add or replace lubricants, etc;
b) Replace hydraulic oil and filter elements in hydraulic and pneumatic systems according to the equipment maintenance instructions and actual use;
c) Tighten loose bolts, foot bolts and other fasteners in accordance with the prescribed preload;
d) remove rust and repaint the steel structure where it is rusted or paint is peeling off;
e) Dust and clean the power distribution cabinets, control cabinets, motors, etc. as necessary.
6.2 See Appendix B for typical water rides maintenance items, content and requirements.
7 Repairs
7.1 Before repairing, you should be familiar with the product manual, understand the structure of the equipment, and make a good repair plan according to the fault situation.
7.2 The dismantling of the equipment should be based on the product instruction manual and the installation process guidance documents to develop the corresponding dismantling case, and the dismantling of the parts should be classified and stored, and do a good job of safety protection management.
7.3 Repair work records should be made and kept in the equipment file.
7.4 The repair of large water rides should be checked and confirmed before resuming use.
