5.1.5 Machines equipped with a variable speed control cooling fan shall be tested when the fan speed reaches at least 70% of the maximum fan speed specified by the manufacturer. The fan speed is allowed to drop at low engine speeds.
5.1.6 Where the driver's compartment is equipped with air conditioning, the air conditioning shall be switched off during the test.
5.2 Fuel
The fuel used for the test machine should comply with the provisions of GB 19147.
5.3 Accuracy of measuring instruments
The accuracy of the measuring instrument should comply with the following provisions:
Time: 0.01s;
Rotational speed: 1%;
Temperature: Shi 1 ℃;
Flow rate: earth 1%.
5.4 Environmental conditions
The test environment shall meet the following conditions:
Relative humidity: not more than 95%;
Ambient temperature:5℃
No rain and no snow.
6 Test method
6.1 Flat ground test
6.1.1 Test conditions
6.1.1.1 Test site
The test surface is a dry and flat soil surface, and the upper part of the test surface is turned loose with a plough, loosener or a grader or bulldozer equipped with a strong solid internal, and the thickness of the soil paving is 100mm~150mm.
6.1.1.2 Test procedure
The test method for grading is as specified in 5.18 of GB/T 8506-2008 and is carried out in the following states:
Shifting mode: for motor graders with automatic transmission mechanism, manual shifting mode should be selected for the test;
Travel gear: 1 gear forward;
Shovel leveling angle: 30°;
Cutting angle of the shovel: 45°;
Travel speed: maximum throttle and no steering operation:
6.2 Driving test
6.2.1 Test conditions
6.2.1.1 Test site
The test surface shall be a firm and straight asphalt or concrete surface. The longitudinal slope of the road surface is not greater than 0.5% and the transverse slope is not greater than 3%.
6.2.1.2 Test procedure
The driving test is carried out in the following states:.
I - Shift mode: for graders with automatic transmission mechanism, the manual shift mode shall be selected for the test;
Torque converter blocking: For motor graders with torque converter blocking gearboxes, the blocking switch should be turned on to enable the gearbox to be blocked during the test;
Travel gears: forward 5th gear and highest gear:
Travel speed: maximum throttle. Maximum travel speed in each gear. No steering;
Travel distance: After the grader has accelerated to the maximum speed in each gear. The distance travelled: after the grader has accelerated to the highest speed in each gear, the distance travelled is not less than 100m.
6.2.2 Number of tests and calculation of fuel consumption
The fuel consumption for the driving test is calculated according to Equation (2), with a scale factor of 50% for both test gears;
6.3 Standby test
6.4 Traction power test
The forward 1 gear traction power test is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T6375.
