1 Scope
This document establishes the principles for the management of parts circulation information in the automotive aftermarket, specifying the general requirements, the content of parts circulation information, and the generation and use of parts circulation information. Parts traceability requirements.
This document applies to the management of spare parts circulation information and the basic information traceability of spare parts in the automotive aftermarket.

3 Terminology and definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document.
3.1
Automotive aftermarketautomobile aftermarket
A general term for the market transaction activities formed by the entire demand related to the use of the vehicle from the sale to the end of life.
3.2
Automotive aftermarket partsautomobile aftermarket parts used to replace in-service parts of a vehicle.
Note. Including oil and chemicals necessary for the vehicle, but excluding fuel, hereinafter referred to as "parts".
3.3
Circulation
A series of activities in which parts are transferred from the production area to the consumer area.
4 Principles of information management for the circulation of spare parts
4.1 Integrity
The information on the circulation of spare parts is free of defects and can meet the requirements of the circulation management of spare parts.
4.2 Authenticity
The actual product information reflected is consistent with the parts distribution information.
4.3 Shareability
Parts circulation information can be effectively identified, received and applied by relevant parties in each circulation link.
4.4 Traceability
The information on the circulation of parts can be traced.
5 General requirements
5.1 When parts enter the automotive after-market circulation, the parts circulation information should have complete basic information and sales information.
5.2 Parts manufacturers and importers shall provide true and traceable basic information of parts.
5.3 Parts sellers, auto repair enterprises should provide their downstream users with basic information of parts that can be effectively identified.
5.4 The basic information sharing service of spare parts shall be provided by the public service institutions which have the technology of tracing two-dimensional code preparation and automatic identification.
6 Content of spare parts circulation information
6.1 Basic information on spare parts
6.1.1 Parts types, product information and manufacturer information should be included.
6.1.2 Parts types shall include original parts, parts of comparable quality, independent after-market parts, remanufactured parts, reused parts, and make distinctions.
6.1.3 Product information shall include type, brand, product name, specification, model number, commodity barcode, production year, batch number, product manual, product execution standard, product quality inspection certificate or product quality declaration.
6.1.4 Manufacturer information should include company name, address, e-mail address or contact telephone number.
6.1.5 Imported parts should be added to the corresponding parts importer information.
6.1.6 Accessories with mandatory national certification requirements shall include the corresponding inspection certificate.
6.1.7 It is appropriate to retain the original product information of the reused parts.
6.2 Sales information of accessories
6.2.1 Sales contract information and sales list information shall be included.
6.2.2 Sales contract information shall include, but not be limited to, information on accessories sold, quantity, proposed retail price and after-sales service commitment for accessories.
Note: After-sales service for accessories includes, but is not limited to, replacement or return of accessories.
6.2.3 Sales list information shall include, but not limited to, information on the accessories sold, quantity, recommended retail price, and date of sale.
7 Generation and use of parts circulation information
7.1 Generation of parts distribution information
7.1.1 Parts manufacturers shall prepare commodity barcode for auto aftermarket parts according to specifications and provide complete basic information content of parts.
Note: Imported parts shall be provided with basic information by the importer.
7.1.2 The preparation of commodity barcode (i.e. GTIN) shall comply with the requirements of GB 12904.
7.1.3 The accessory manufacturer shall assign a traceability QR code with the same basic accessory information to each accessory in each batch to be traced.
7.1.4 The preparation of the traceability 2D code shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 32007 and the preparation of further traceability information shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 40204.
7.1.5 The traceability code shall be unique at the part specification, batch or individual product level. The coding rules shall comply with ISO/ITEC 15459 (all parts). The characters used shall comply with GB/T 1988 and the barcode symbol shall have a code identifier registered in ISO/IEC 15424. The quality of the 2D code symbol shall comply with GB/T 23704,GB/T35402.
7.1.6 When selling accessories, the seller shall sign a sales contract with the purchaser and attach a separate product sales list.
7.2 Use of information on the circulation of spare parts
7.2.1 Parts sellers shall ensure that the traceability QR code of the parts sold is clearly identifiable.
7.2.2 At the time of retail sale, the parts seller shall inform the end-user of the traceability QR code of the parts.
7.2.3 Automotive repair enterprises shall ensure that the traceability QR code of replacement parts is clearly identifiable.
7.2.4 The vehicle maintenance enterprise shall provide the traceability QR code of the replacement parts to the end-user.
7.2.5 The end-user can obtain the basic information of the parts by scanning and identifying the parts traceability QR code.
7.2.6 Parts sales contracts and product sales lists shall be retained for not less than three years.
8 Basic information traceability of accessories
8.1 The basic information of accessories shall be traceable through the traceability QR code.
8.2 The range of traced parts shall comply with the requirements of Appendix A.
8.3 The traceability 2D code shall be inscribed, printed or pasted on the surface of the accessory body, or if this is not possible on the surface of the accessory body, it shall be pasted or tied on the smallest undivided package.

1 Scope

3 Terminology and definitions

6 Content of spare parts circulation information
6.1 Basic information on spare parts
6.1.1 Parts types, product information and manufacturer information should be included.
6.1.2 Parts types shall include original parts, parts of comparable quality, independent after-market parts, remanufactured parts, reused parts, and make distinctions.

7 Generation and use of parts circulation information
7.1 Generation of parts distribution information
7.1.1 Parts manufacturers shall prepare commodity barcode for auto aftermarket parts according to specifications and provide complete basic information content of parts.
Note: Imported parts shall be provided with basic information by the importer.
7.1.2 The preparation of commodity barcode (i.e. GTIN) shall comply with the requirements of GB 12904.
7.1.3 The accessory manufacturer shall assign a traceability QR code with the same basic accessory information to each accessory in each batch to be traced.

7.2.1 Parts sellers shall ensure that the traceability QR code of the parts sold is clearly identifiable.
7.2.2 At the time of retail sale, the parts seller shall inform the end-user of the traceability QR code of the parts.
7.2.3 Automotive repair enterprises shall ensure that the traceability QR code of replacement parts is clearly identifiable.
7.2.4 The vehicle maintenance enterprise shall provide the traceability QR code of the replacement parts to the end-user.
7.2.5 The end-user can obtain the basic information of the parts by scanning and identifying the parts traceability QR code.
7.2.6 Parts sales contracts and product sales lists shall be retained for not less than three years.
8 Basic information traceability of accessories
8.1 The basic information of accessories shall be traceable through the traceability QR code.
8.2 The range of traced parts shall comply with the requirements of Appendix A.
8.3 The traceability 2D code shall be inscribed, printed or pasted on the surface of the accessory body, or if this is not possible on the surface of the accessory body, it shall be pasted or tied on the smallest undivided package.
