MPN stands for the most probable number; CFU stands for colony forming unit. When the total coliform group is detected in the water sample, further examination of Escherichia coli shall be conducted; When the total coliform group is not detected in the water sample, it is not necessary to detect Escherichia coli.
When small-scale centralized water supply and decentralized water supply are limited by water source and water purification technology, the limit value of total bacterial count index shall be 500 MPN/mL or 500 CFU/mL, the limit value of fluoride index shall be 1.2 mg/L, the limit value of nitrate (in N) index shall be 20 mg/L, and the limit value of turbidity index shall be 3 NTU.
Pre oxidation or disinfection methods in water treatment process:
——When liquid chlorine, calcium hypochlorite and chloramine are used, chloromethane, chloromonobromomethane, dichlorobromomethane, tribromomethane, trihalomethane, dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid shall be determined
——When sodium hypochlorite is used, trichloromethane, dichlorodibromomethane, dichlorodibromomethane, trimethane, halomethanes, dichloroacetic acid, trichloroacetic acid and chlorate should be determined;

When the raw water contains the above pollutants, which may lead to the risk of exceeding the standard of finished water and peripheral water, no matter what pre oxidation or disinfection methods are used, they should be measured.
D In case of heavy articles affecting the water quality, the sensory properties and general chemical indicators can be temporarily relaxed according to the risk assessment.
: If the radioactivity index exceeds the guidance value (the radioactivity is still greater than Bq/L after deducting K), the radionuclide analysis and evaluation shall be carried out to determine whether it can be drunk.
