1 Scope
This document specifies the terminology, definitions, abbreviations, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of paper-aluminum-plastic composite film, bags for food packaging.
This document applies to plastic and aluminum foil and paper laminated into food packaging thickness of less than 0.3 mm film, bag. This document is not applicable to liquid food packaging film, bags and the need to sterilize the use of film, bags.

3 Terms, definitions and abbreviations
3.1 Terminology and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1.1
paper,aluminium foil, plastic laminated film and pouch
Film and pouch made of paper laminated with three or more materials: aluminium foil and plastic.
Examples: BOPP/paper/AL/PE, paper/PE/AL, AL/PE/paper/HSL. see Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 for typical material structure diagrams.
3.1.2
Docking (plastic-plastic) fin seal (plastic-plastic)
A seal in which the inner surfaces (plastics) of food contact are in contact with each other.
3.1.3
Butt-joint (hot-melt adhesive - hot-melt adhesive) fin seal (HSL-HSL) Seal with hot-melt adhesive on the surface of a laminate film in a directional contact.
3.1.4
Lap seal
A seal in which the outer surface of the material is in contact with the inner surface of the food contact.
3.2 Abbreviations
The following abbreviations apply to this document.
4 Classification
The products are divided into three categories according to their material structure, see Table 1.
5 Requirements
5.1 Appearance quality
The appearance quality of the film and bag shall conform to the provisions of Table 2.
5.2 Printing quality
5.2.1 Gravure printing quality should comply with the provisions of GB/T 7707.
5.3 Unit area quality (quantitative) deviation
Not more than 10%.
5.4 Dimensional deviation
5.4.1 Dimensional deviation of the roll film
The dimensional deviation of the roll film should comply with the provisions of Table 3.
5.4.2 Dimensional deviation of bags
The dimensional deviation of bags shall conform to the provisions of Table 4. The length and width shall be agreed between the supply and demand sides.
5.4.3 Size and deviation of the core of the film roll
The inner diameter of the core of the film roll is 76+3mm or $152+. mm, special requirements are agreed by both parties.
5.4.4 Joints
The joint of the film roll shall conform to the provisions of Table 5.
5.5 Physical and mechanical properties
5.5.1 Peel force and adhesion
The peel force and adhesion shall conform to the provisions of Table 6.
5.5.2 Tensile force, right-angle tearing force, coefficient of friction and stiffness
The breaking force, right-angle tearing force, coefficient of friction and stiffness shall conform to the provisions of Table 7.
5.5.3 Hot-fit strength
The heat seal strength shall conform to the provisions of Table 8.
5.5.4 Oxygen transmission and water vapour transmission
Oxygen transmission and water vapour transmission shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 9.
5.5.5 Bag pressure resistance
The pressure resistance of the bag should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 10.
5.5.6 Bag drop performance
The drop performance of the bag should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 11.
6 Test methods
6.1 Specimen state conditioning and test standard environment
According to GB/T2918-2018 provisions of 23 ℃ 2 ℃, relative humidity 50% Shi 10%, state conditioning time of not less than 4 h, and test under these conditions.
6.2 Sampling
Samples shall be intact and the number of samples taken shall be sufficient to complete the test. Samples shall be taken by removing the three layers from the surface of the rolled film and then cutting the sample along the width of the roll.
6.3 Appearance
6.3.1 Quality of appearance
Visual inspection in natural light and measurement with a gauge of not less than 0.5 mm accuracy.
6.3.2 Print quality
6.3.2.1 Gravure printing quality

According to the provisions of GB/T 7707.
6.3.2.2 Flexographic printing quality
According to GB/T 17497.1 or GB/T 17497.2.
6.3.2.3 Bar code printing quality
According to the provisions of GB/T 18348,GB/T14258.
6.3.2.4 Printing quality of Hanshin code
According to the provisions of GB/T 21049.
6.3.3 Unit area quality (quantitative) deviation
6.4 Dimensional deviations
6.4.1 Dimensional deviation of roll film
6.4.1.1 Length and width deviations according to GB/T 6673
6.4.1.2 Repeated length deviation is measured with an accuracy of not less than 0.5 mm gauge. Steps: flatten and compress the measured sample with a steel ruler, align the scale with the edge of the printed electric eye, take as many printed units as possible within l m, read the data, and then take the average.
6.4.2 Bag size deviation
6.4.2.1 length and width deviation according to the provisions of GB/T 6673.
6.4.2.2 The width of the bag seal, the distance between the seal and the edge of the bag measured with an accuracy of not less than 0.5 mm gauges.
6.4.3 Cylinder core size and deviation
Use a vernier caliper with a resolution of 0.1 mm for this purpose.
6.4.4 Joints
Visual inspection, joints should be clearly marked.
6.5 Physical and mechanical properties 6.5.1 Tensile force
According to the provisions of GB/T 1040.3-2006.
The specimen is long, length ≥ 150 mm, width 15 mm ± 0.5 mm, specimen fixture spacing of 100 mm ± 1 mm, specimen stretching speed of 100 mm / min ± 10 mm / min. tensile force to take the maximum force in the stretching process.
6.5.2 Peeling force
According to the provisions of GB/T 8808. 6.5.3 Adhesion
Plastic and paper, aluminium foil and paper adhesion according to the provisions of Appendix A.
6.5.4 Thermal bonding strength
Bags in accordance with the provisions of QB/T 2358-1998.
In the form of rolled film, in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B, heat sealing conditions can be agreed by the supply and demand sides.
6.5.5 Right angle tear performance
As specified in QB/T 1130-1991.
6.5.6 Oxygen transmission capacity
GB/T 1038-2000 or GB/T 19789-2005 according to the provisions of the paper as the inner layer or paper as the second inner layer of the composite film, the test will be paper facing the high concentration side, aluminum foil facing the low concentration side. GB/T 1038-2000 for the arbitration method.
6.5.7 Water vapor transmission
GB/T 1037-1988 or GB/T 26253-2010, the test conditions are 38 ℃ ± 0.6 ℃, relative humidity of 90% ± 2%, the test plastic or aluminum foil facing the low humidity side. GB/T 1037-1988 is the arbitration method.
6.5.8 stiffness
According to the provisions of GB/T 22364.
6.5.9 Pressure resistance test
Carried out according to 6.5.10 in GB/T 21302-2007.
6.5.10 Drop test
According to the provisions of 6.5.11 in GB/T 21302-2007.
6.5.11 Friction coefficient
Carried out according to the provisions of GB/T10006.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection chi type inspection.
7.2 Factory inspection
7.2.1 Group batch
The same raw material, the same process, the same category of continuous production, the same material structure, the same specification of the product as a batch. The maximum group batch of film shall not exceed 500 000 m2 and the maximum group batch of bags shall not exceed 1 500 000.
7.2.2 Inspection items
Factory inspection items include appearance quality (5.1), printing quality (5.2), size deviation (5.4), peel force (5.5.1), adhesion (5.5.1), breaking force (5.5.2), heat sealing strength (5.5.3), bag pressure resistance (5.5.5), bag drop performance (5.5.6).
7.3 Type inspection
7.3.1 test items
Inspection items for all projects specified in Chapter 5.
7.3.2 test frequency
One of the following cases, should be type test:
a) new product prototype identification;
b) raw materials and processes have changed significantly, which may affect the performance of the product;
c) the product is discontinued for more than six months, when resuming production;
d) factory test results and the last type test results have a large difference;
e) national quality supervision agencies to request;
f) normal production, oxygen transmission and water vapour transmission once every six months, and other items once a year.
7.4 Sampling plan and determination rules
7.5 Conformity determination
7.5.1 Determination of unqualified items
7.5.1.1 Appearance, printing quality and dimensional deviation, if one fails, the volume or only for unqualified.
7.5.1.2 physical and mechanical properties of the test results, if there are unqualified items, the original batch should be taken in double the number of samples, the unqualified items for retesting, retesting the results of all qualified, then the sentence for the qualified items.
7.5.2 Judgment of qualified batch
7.5.2.1 The appearance quality, printing quality and dimensional deviation shall be judged according to Table 12.
7.5.2.2 Bag pressure resistance, drop performance is judged according to Table 13.
7.5.2.3 All items tested meet the requirements of this document, the batch is judged to be qualified.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 Marking
Each package of the product shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and marked with the product name, category, specification, conditions of use (temperature, time), quantity, quality, batch number, date of production, inspector code, production unit, production unit address and the document number, etc.
8.2 Packaging
The product is packaged inside with paper or plastic film that meets the requirements of food packaging.
8.3 Transport
Transport should prevent collision or contact with sharp objects, lightly loaded and unloaded, while avoiding sun and rain, to ensure that the packaging is intact and the product is not contaminated. The marking method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 191.

5 Requirements

6 Test methods
