Composite sealing gasket material
1 Scope
This document specifies the classification and marking of composite gasket materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage.
This document applies to the production of sealing gaskets of metal core material on both sides of the composite non-metallic materials (excluding materials containing asbestos components). This document does not apply to metal rubber sheet and metal core material multi-layer composite non-metallic materials.

4 Classification and Marking
4.1 Classification
Composite gasket materials are divided into three categories according to the non-metallic materials they are compounded with: copying method non-asbestos metal composite sheet (CJ), rolling method non-asbestos metal composite sheet (GJ), and flexible graphite metal composite sheet (MJ).
Non-asbestos metal composite sheet by copying method, non-asbestos metal composite sheet by rolling method and flexible graphite metal composite sheet are divided into two types of metal tooth plate composite sheet (C) and metal plate composite sheet (P) according to the composite form.
4.2 Marking
Composite gasket material marking consists of product name, this document number, category, nominal thickness.
Example.
Copy method non-asbestos metal tooth sheet composite (CJC), thickness 1.0 mm.
Marked as: composite gasket material GB/T XXXXX-CJC-1.0
5 Requirements
5.1 Appearance quality
The surface of the composite gasket material should be flat and free from cracks, delamination, impurities, bubbles, scratches and other defects that affect the use.
5.2 Dimension and deviation
5.2.1 The length and width of the composite gasket material is ±5 mm according to the user's requirements.
5.2.2 The allowable deviation of the thickness of the composite plastic sealing gasket material shall conform to the provisions of Table 1. If the user has special requirements for thickness deviation, according to user requirements.
