eData element type is as follows.
Container: The container type data element can contain one or more subordinate data elements. The types of subordinate data elements that a container type data element can contain are attribute type data element, container type data element, value type data element, and undefined type data element. A container type data element has no specific data type and no value space.
Value: A value type data element is always a child data element of a container type data element and does not contain any other child data elements of its own. The value type data element should have a data type and value space defined for it, and should contain a data value.
