This document specifies the grading, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of high purity opaque quartz glass.
It is applicable to high purity opaque quartz glass materials with thermal insulation effects and used in semiconductor, photovoltaic and other fields.
