GB/T 43255-2023 Test methods for sub-zero cold start performances of fuel cell electric vehicles
1 Scope
This document describes the test methods for the sub-zero cold start and start performances of fuel cell electric vehicles at low temperature (below 0℃).
This document is applicable to fuel cell electric vehicles of Categories M and N which use compressed gaseous hydrogen (hereinafter referred to as “vehicles”).

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 24548 and the following apply.

sub-zero cold start duration
duration from the start operation of the vehicle to the readiness of the vehicle drive system (i.e., "READY" or "OK" is displayed on the vehicle instrumentation) to the output power of the fuel cell stack reaching 1 kW for the first time

The requirements for measurement parameters, units, accuracy and resolution in the test are shown in Table 1.
