GB/T 43540-2023 Decommissioning technical requirements of lithium ion battery for electrical energy storage
1 Scope
This document specifies the appearance, safety, electrical performance, economy and other decommissioning technical requirements of lithium ion battery for electrical energy storage (referred to as "lithium ion battery"), and describes the corresponding decommissioning judgment methods.
This document is applicable to the judgment of lithium ion battery for electrical energy storage.
2 Normative references
The following documents contain requirements which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.
GB/T 36276 Lithium ion battery for electrical energy storage
GB/T 36548 Test specification for electrochemical energy storage system connected to power grid
DL/T 2528 Basic terminology of electrical energy storage
3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in DL/T 2528 and the following apply.
3.1
parameters of battery state
parameter values that directly or indirectly reflect various states such as battery performance and life
3.2
family defect
defects caused by common factors such as design, materials and processes in the manufacturing process of lithium ion battery
4 General requirements
4.1 The decommissioning of lithium ion battery shall be based on the decommissioning requirements of energy storage batteries and the equipment status reflected in the operation, maintenance and overhaul data, and the appearance, safety, electrical performance and economy of batteries shall be comprehensively judged.
4.2 The decommissioning of lithium ion battery can be judged by means of data analysis, on-site inspection and testing.
4.3 If the lithium ion battery cannot meet the operation technical indicators or safety requirements, and the transformation cost or the economy of maintenance technology are unreasonable, it should be decommissioned.
