1 Scope
This document establishes the basic principles, standard content elements, and grading process for the quality grading of household electrical appliances. It specifies the selection of graded product categories and technical indicators, the determination of test methods, and the requirements for grading. It also proposes the judgment rules for quality grading and the methods for grading identification.
This document is applicable to the quality grading of specific household electrical appliances.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
household electrical appliances
electrical appliances that are used in homes and apartments by non-professionals, with a rated voltage of not more than 250V for single-phase alternating current supplied appliances and not more than 480V for other appliances
3.2
quality
degree to which a set of inherent characteristics of an electrical appliance meets requirements
Note: Characteristics refer to distinguishable features, including physical, sensory, temporal, ergonomic, and functional aspects.

quality grading
process of scientifically evaluating and classifying product quality into different grades and clearly indicating the product quality information
